the ability of turning a set of blueprints into a completed
project is the most obvious qualification a client wants

establishing "team" meetings in pre-construction,
construction, and post-construction stages, the client
becomes involved in all decisions and direction the course
of the project will take.
Our ultimate goal is to fulfill expectations that surpass a
quality interior, building or shopping center. We work
diligently with the client to bring ideas to the table that
would achieve sound economic value as well as a top quality
product. We call this procedure "Value Engineering" and it
can be done on almost every project.
In every case of retail construction, time is money. ITX
prides itself in being sensitive to the client's move in or
occupancy date and understands the client's need to start
generating revenue, which is the return on the client's
investment. When the client's objectives have been met on
time and on or under budget, we at ITX know we've done our
job right.
